Ian has made many appearances on Television prior to his involvement with Strictly Come Dancing, in fact Ian is something of a seasoned professional.
He first appeared on our screens way back in 1988 in the BBC's original "Come Dancing". Since then he has appeared on a variety of shows from Celebrity Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Richard & Judy, Ready Steady Cook, Through The Keyhole, Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, Jim'll Fix It and Blue Peter to name but a few.
Ian enjoys the limelight and feels completely comfortable in front of the camera. It is his professional attitude and approach that sees him being asked regularly to perform at special televised events such as BBC1's 'Happy Birthday Brucie' and 'Graham Norton's' 'The Big Finish' New Year show.
